You have no technical leadership in-house and decisions are piling up. We define the technology roadmap, make architecture and stack calls, review code quality, set development priorities, and keep technology aligned with where the business is going.
You need capacity rather than direction. We operate as an extension of your team rather than as an outside vendor. Planning, development, maintenance and improvements, with full ownership of the technology so leadership can stay on the business.

We own what we build, from planning through to delivery and after. When something breaks we fix it. There is no finger-pointing.
We build for maintainability and for the next two years of growth. Short-term hacks become long-term debt and we do not take that trade.
